2. Web Development Services (B2B)
- Scope of Work: The specific deliverables, timelines, and milestones for web development projects will be outlined in a separate Statement of Work (SOW) or project agreement.
- Client Obligations: You agree to provide all necessary assets (text, images, branding materials) in a timely manner. We are not responsible for project delays caused by a failure to provide these materials.
- Intellectual Property Ownership: Upon final payment, the client owns the custom design and content created specifically for their website. However, we retain ownership of any pre-existing code, frameworks, templates, or tools used to build the website.
3. Custom Apparel & Merch
- Artwork & Artwork Rights: By submitting a logo, design, or slogan for custom hoodie printing, you warrant that you own the rights to that artwork or have explicit permission to use it. We accept zero liability for copyright or trademark infringement arising from designs provided by clients.
- Production & Variations: Due to the nature of custom printing, minor variations in color, placement, and sizing may occur. These do not constitute defects.
- Returns & Refunds: Because hoodies are customized to your specific brand, all sales are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges unless the item arrives physically damaged or there is a clear manufacturing error. You must notify us within 14 days of delivery regarding any defects.
4. Website Content & Blog Disclaimer
- Informational Purposes Only: The articles, guides, and content published on our blog are for general informational and educational purposes only. It does not constitute professional technical, legal, or business advice.
